GARAGE DOOR - IMPERIAL STOCK AND HARDWARE; CUTS IN CENTIMETERS

Open the PDF for all three sheets, or open each PNG separately.
Quantities apply to BOTH outward-opening door leaves.
Stock, hardware and tool sizes are stated in inches / feet.
Cut lengths, cut widths, notch depths and layout marks are stated in centimeters.
The cards separate imperial stock thickness from cut length x width in cm.
For frame timber and main plywood panels, cut length and retain stock width.
The CSV keeps exact length/width references and separates imperial stock labels.
The reviewed JSON retains all exact canonical model dimensions without changes.
Legacy metric material-thickness labels in that data are not purchase instructions.
Printed cut labels are rounded to 0.001 cm.
This displayed precision is not a cutting tolerance.

Reference opening: 257 x 216 cm, still provisional.
Reference leaf: 127.565 x 213.865 cm, subject to field measurements.
Keep sound existing frame members. The ten timber pieces are replacement references.
Frame stock: nominal 2 x 4; actual 1-1/2 x 3-1/2 in in this model.
Outside plywood: 15/32 in. Inside plywood: user-stated 1/5 in.
Rigid foam: 1-1/2 in.
White trim/cover model thickness: approximately 0.236 in, not exactly 1/4 in.
Spacer model thickness: approximately 0.118 in, not exactly 1/8 in.
Measure the actual stock before confirming layer, gasket and screw-reach details.
Center cover, spacer and gasket belong to the RIGHT active leaf only.
Select the hardware and seal profiles before confirming drilling, fixing and gasket details.
No product dimensions, screw schedule or load rating are implied by the hardware sketches.

The illustrated schedule includes 34 rigid material pieces and one flexible center gasket,
plus separately listed schematic hardware and perimeter seal runs.

SOURCE FILES
parts-cm/build_parts_sheets.py creates the PDF and three images.
parts-cm/render_part_thumbnails.py renders the twelve component thumbnails from
cad/preview_mesh.json, copied from the current V4 construction model.
parts-cm/parts-data-reviewed.json contains reviewed quantities and canonical dimensions,
plus the imperial-stock / metric-cut presentation convention.

Regeneration requires Python with reportlab, Pillow and numpy, DejaVu Sans fonts,
and Poppler pdftoppm. The original V4 execution package contains the complete
assembly, 3D viewer, connection details and model assumptions.
