GARAGE DOOR ASSEMBLY ILLUSTRATIONS

Source: garage-door-execution/cad/preview_mesh.json and derived_dimensions.json.
All ten stage PNGs use the source CAD triangles. No generated image or guessed
hardware geometry is used. Geometry has not been rescaled or reshaped.

Images are 1600 x 1100 pixels with transparent backgrounds and a small shadow.
Each view is fitted independently. Do not infer a shared drawing scale from
the files. Exploded distances are illustration spacing, not construction gaps.

Stage 01: one leaf frame; two stiles and three complementary half-lap rails.
Rails float above the frame to expose the shoulders. This is the
proposed replacement-frame arrangement, not an inspection of the
existing doors. Retain sound existing members and joints.
Stage 02: exterior face up; P1 and P2 move together above the frame. Their
actual CAD movement seam is retained, not exaggerated.
Stage 03: leaf turned over; interior face up. The two empty timber cavities
have their exterior plywood backing installed.
Stage 04: interior face up; the two I1 foam pieces float over their cavities.
Stage 05: interior face up; P3 and P4 float above the installed insulation.
Stage 06: exterior face up; T1 vertical trim and T2 horizontal trim float over
the continuous primed exterior plywood. Trim pieces are not framing.
Stage 07: complete closed pair in a shallow exterior perspective.
Stage 08: right active door open 65 degrees; left inactive door closed.
Stage 09: both doors open 65 degrees. Opening uses the CAD's illustrative
pivot, not a selected hinge product. Muted jambs are reference solids.
Overview: exact front orthographic view of the closed pair.

Completed views show an approximate white painted appearance. Fasteners,
hinges, handles, locks and all unselected products are intentionally omitted.
The right-leaf center cover and its spacer are included in the model, along
with the provisional compressed gasket envelope.

assembly-art-metadata.json records the source hash; rigid transformations;
working-face orientation; visible component IDs; per-part pixel bounds and
visible-pixel centroids; and unshifted/transformed centroids for adding arrows.
All metadata projection coordinates are in the 1600 x 1100 PNG pixel space.
